I got in an accident, what do I do?

Once in a safe area, call the local police by dialing 911.

When the police arrive, please co-operate with any instructions and provide as much information as possible. They will provide you with a police report number and provide immediate assistance as necessary.

During this period, you will need to reach out to us as soon as it is safely possible following calling 911. This will allow us to provide as much assistance to you as possible.

What you will need to provide to us:

- Police report number (a copy of it works even better)

- Contact information for all parties involved

- Your insurance information

- A detailed description as to what happened

If your rental is with Turo, please ensure to notify Turo as soon as possible so they can get roadside assistance on the way and be aware of the situation.
